Welcome to our website and bootcamp - which is located in beautiful surroundings. Only 2hrs 35 from London by rail and close to the M6 yet within minutes you are in the countryside of the Forest of Bowland.

Note: Most people that book are attending on their own, we pair you up with another camper (ladies) to share a twin room.

Steve Cody, recently back from training Mel B in America, has joined the team. He is an experienced boot camp instructor and with a wealth of experience and tips to help you reach your goals.
